The Mera Peak Climbing is an exciting Himalayan journey that perfectly combines remote trekking through the Hinku Valley with the challenge of climbing Mera Peak (6,476m). Mera Peak is considered one of the highest trekking points of Nepal, and this journey begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Following this flight, you head through the less-crowded mountain trails through Paiya, Pangom, Ramailo Danda, Chetra Khola, Kothe, Thaknak, and Khare. With gradual ascent into the trip, the changing landscapes, alpine forests, stunning valleys, and surrounding regions will offer you splendid views and a fascinating trekking experience away from the more crowded Everest routes.
After arriving at Khare, you get a chance for a day to acclimatize yourself to prepare for the high altitude and difficult summiting. The journey will move forward towards Mera High Camp and an early summit push to the summit of Mera Peak. From the top of Mera Peak, you will be able to admire some of the most stunning views of some of the tallest mountains of the world. After descending down to Khare, you will start retracing your way back through Kothe and Chetarwa till you reach Lukla and take a flight to Kathmandu.
